For our learning zone to have HIGH CHALLENGE, HIGH SUPPORT, we need behaviours and structures that encourage us to be in this zone and not run back to the comfort of same and status quo. To be learners together.

In this Buzz Bite you will be able to discuss and contextualise the current state of your safety nets, and what you could put in place going forward. The Key Concept Buzz Bite Psychological Safety is also a useful reference for this work.
