The Buzz Diagnostic has been undertaken by over 15000 educators and support staff over the last six years, giving great insights into school culture, as well as giving benchmarks for each school. It is suggested that schools undertake the diagnostic annually to monitor the growth in their professional learning culture.

The Buzz Diagnostic, when undertaken by the members of your staff, will give you insight into how they see The Buzz at your school. Individual staff members assess their individual contribution to the three pillars of The Buzz, as well as how they perceive the school as a whole.

The diagnostic takes about 10 minutes to complete and is often done at a meeting time to ensure high levels of participation. It is easily accessed through the link provided.

Individuals receive a report based on their individual self-assessment. The school contact receives the whole school aggregated report directly from Tracey Ezard, post it being completed. 

The professional learning within the Buzz Academy allows you to contextualise your learning and target your school’s specific point of need. Tracey and the team are there to guide you, provide provocations to kick off your learning along with a vast array of activities and resources to boost your culture performance. 

The Buzz Diagnostic has been used by schools across Australia, in New Zealand, Singapore, China and the UK since 2018. It has supported the growth of their professional cultures and provided a tool for education leaders to assist in the levers required to build dynamic collaborative learning cultures.
