"Over the past 5 years Alawa Primary School in the NT has applied many of the ideas, models and approaches shared by Tracey Ezard through The Buzz and in the recent external school review was recognised as a exemplary performing school with a high culture of trust and collaboration.

The practical and easily understood frameworks from The Buzz gave us a base to work from including being able to review how we functioned as a team, how we supported each other and identify the gaps and challenges in moving forward as an authentic high performing team who are able to respectfully engage in disciplined dialog and who demonstrate a commitment to true collaboration.

The online diagnostic along with the various templates, activities and ideas helped us frame our thinking and establish goals to work towards."

"I first met Tracey at a local VASSP meeting. She presented an engaging session on how to create a thriving professional learning community - the Buzz. Not long after, I booked her to do work with us over a year.

Tracey facilitated discussions on the past and where we wanted to be. Staff shared their beliefs and current mindset. We each and as a whole reflected on our dialogue and how we contribute to the school environment. She then provided us with some strategies to improve and strengthen these three areas. In a short time, our collective efficacy has improved greatly.
